Railroad Transcriptionist
Job Description
TASK is seeking independent contractors to transcribe recordings of hearings specific to the railroad industry . Direct experience transcribing this subject matter is essential. We seek people who can transcribe an average of at least an hour of audio per day, five days per week. You will need your own transcription software and MS Word.

We invest heavily in providing you with the best possible opportunity to succeed with us. We start you with samples, style guides, and templates as well as a coach to help you learn the account(s) for which you will transcribe and then we do as much as possible to stay out of your way. You work when you want to work as long as you meet the deadlines to which you commit. If you are accurate, reliable, and communicate with us, we expect to be working together for a long time.
We absolutely do not accept applications from any person or entity where the work will be performed outside of the United States. Unfortunately, thanks to AB5 we cannot accept applications from California, either.
