Radiology Operations Navigator - Night and Weekend Shifts

Northern Light Radiology Associates is seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Radiologic Technologists (RTs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Radiology Operations Navigators. We are a successful and growing hospital-based medical management company seeking dedicated professionals who value teamwork and operational excellence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiology department, ensuring that all imaging services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week available shifts: 11:00pm - 07:00am Wed - Sun 11:00pm - 07:00am Mon, Tue and 12:00pm - 12:00am Sat, Sun. 03:00pm - 11:00pm Mon, Tue and 07:00am - 07:00pm Sat, Sun. (2 positions) Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis. Compensation based on experience. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to coordinate patient schedules and ensure smooth workflow within the department. • Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the timely delivery of imaging results and reports. • Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to departmental protocols and quality standards. • Act as a liaison between the radiology department and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and collaboration. Qualifications: • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Radiologic and MRI technologists (ARRT) required. • Previous experience in radiology operations or healthcare management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records systems. • Medical terminology background required. • Radiology experience required. • Available to work night and weekend shifts.
