Participate in routine capacity evaluations and implement schedule adjustments to meet demand while adhering to budget constraints.
Provide insight into new client staffing models, requirements, and scheduling structures.
Assist in generating documentation to support forecasting and supplemental pay calculations, including independent contractor invoices and locum tenens expenses.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes, application effectiveness, and capacity planning.
