Overview: Pacific Imaging Associates (PIA), a physician-owned and operated private radiology group based in Portland, Oregon, is recruiting radiologists to join our expanding practice. This position is due to growing imaging volume, not turnover. PIA is a stable, independent group and trusted radiology partner for Legacy Health, with long-standing contracts, a reputation for clinical quality and a focus on work-life balance. We are comprised of two divisions offering different work settings; this listing is focused on inpatient/emergency department centric and pediatric care. --- Position Details: • Interpret a variety of general body imaging (CT, MRI, US, X-ray) in addition to imaging for our stroke center, level 1 trauma center and pediatric hospital • Higher level neuroradiology, body imaging, musculoskeletal and pediatric imaging available depending on your interests and fellowship training • No mammography or IR procedures • Hybrid work model: mix of in-hospital and remote shifts with approximately 50% of work from home • Shift-based workflow, very manageable volumes with no RVU production requirements • 8-hour weekday shifts, frequent 4-day work week as partner • Shared 7-hour weekend daytime shifts; overnights covered by teleradiology Compensation & Benefits: • $500,000 base salary (W2) • $50,000 signing bonus • $50,000 bonus on start date for applicants beginning by summer 2026 • 1-year partnership track and full voting rights • 16 weeks of vacation per year Full benefits including: • Paid health and malpractice insurance • 401(k) with employer contribution • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Optional Cash Balance Pension Plan • Robust optional internal moonlighting available to boost earnings Why PIA?
