R-107571 Inventory Control Specialist

Remote Full-time
As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will be entrusted to make critical decisions that will affect our business inventory levels, overall aging and accuracy.

This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Ā• Identify and correct issues, maximize inventory availability and order fulfillment
Ā• Collect and maintain data
Ā• Pro-actively address all issues that would impede maximum use of inventory
Ā• Escalate issues to Supervisor or Direct Manager
Ā• Tracks inventory issues and assists other team members in understanding and resolving issues
Ā• Supports physical inventory count process on a daily/weekly/yearly basis
Ā• Resolve and recognize quantity discrepancies, make quantity reports and create service request tickets as needed.
Ā• Identify, organize and resolve exceptions for the entire site
Ā• When assigned, create WIP jobs after pre-processor process
Ā• Additional duties as assigned

What are the requirements needed for this position?
Ā• Must have HS Diploma or GED
Ā• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in Materials or Inventory Control functions

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Ā• Excellent communication, problem solving and computer skills, along with attention to details
Ā• Ability to demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills.
Ā• Good knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment
Ā• Good knowledge of inventory management
Ā• Demonstrate the capacity to work as a team player and with sense of urgency
Ā• Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in relevant business applications
Ā• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time sensitive deadlines
Ā• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
Ā• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Ā• Proficient Excel skills (Experienced with creating Charts, pivot tables & compiling data from multiple spread sheets)
