Quickbooks Expert - Need help fixing error messages
I use Quickbooks 2018 pro desktop. For the past several years, I've had an error in the file and QB requires me to rebuild the file prior to backing it up. The error code is 213 (there are 49 errors) and the description for each one is:
Error: Verify Class list. Duplicate name encountered. Name: Providence Hood River Memorial Records 105
(97) and 106 (98). To fix, edit this element in the list and change its name.

Every time I back up the file I have to rebuild it.
Now the file is quite large (330MB) and I'd like to condense it and then move QB to a newer desktop computer. However, I cannot condense the file until the errors are fixed.
I'm not sure what the error message means. I have not activated class lists so I don't know how to fix it. This is the main thing holding us up. Once that is fixed we'll need help condensing the file and then migrating QB to a new computer.
