Job Description:
Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to work a 4-week assignment from home. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and be comfortable working independently from home.
Responsibilities:
Ā Accurately enter invoicing data into QuickBooks Online, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Ā Retrieve and process documents from our local Roanoke, VA office.
Ā Maintain organized records and files.
Ā Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
Ā In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and best practices.
Ā Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ā Must reside in the Roanoke, VA area to be able to pick up documents from our local office.

Pay Details: 19.00 to 22.00 per hour
