Quantitative UX Researcher

Requirements:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
3+ years experience as a user researcher or similar role, with a Masters degree or higher.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize quantitative research activities to deliver practical insights.
Expertise in designing and managing large-scale surveys with robust sampling strategies.
Skilled in conducting rigorous descriptive and inferential analyses on complex survey data.
Proficient in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), statistical software (R, Python), and SQL.
Interest in exploring new experimental methodologies and tools.
Experience designing evaluative research studies focused on quantitative methods.
Comfortable moderating remote research with participants.
Skilled in communicating research findings and recommendations compellingly.
