You will manage trades directly using our capital and split the profits equally (50/50). This role provides substantial autonomy and direct exposure to the results of your strategies.Responsibilities:Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies for US equities and cryptocurrency markets.Manage trading activities, including real-time trade execution, risk management, and position sizing.Continuously refine and optimize existing algorithms to improve trading performance.Analyze market conditions, identifying profitable opportunities using statistical and machine learning models.Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights clearly and effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Strong background in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, and statistical modeling.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency trading and/or US equity markets.Understanding of trading platforms, data analysis tools, and market microstructure.Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working independently, managing risk, and making real-time decisions.Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.Compensation Structure:Profit-sharing model: You will trade using our capital with a transparent 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement, aligning incentives directly with performance.
