Responsibilities Evaluate, optimise and produce analytics on the precision of ETF pricing and the performance of trading systems Work closely with traders and developers to refine processes in support of revenue-generating trading activities Develop a deep understanding of ETF pricing, trading infrastructure and trading system evaluation metrics Design and implement processes that can be automated and scaled Handle production problems that arise in real-time Contribute views on how complex systems should be organized and managed Skills B.S./M.S. from a leading university in a STEM discipline Excellent programming skills in Python Strong proficiency in data analytics and quantitative techniques Attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proclivity for automation Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with generous employer contribution for employees and dependents. 401k match.
