Job Title: Qualtrics API Developer Location: Remote Job Description:- We re seeking an experienced Qualtrics API Developer to support a high-impact initiative focused on enhancing and integrating the Qualtrics Experience Management platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Qualtrics APIs, strong programming skills, and a deep understanding of survey automation and data workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrations using Qualtrics REST APIs Automate survey distribution, data collection, and reporting Customize survey logic and workflows using JavaScript and Survey Flow Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Troubleshoot API issues and optimize performance Ensure data security and compliance Support migration of survey emailing to Qualtrics Build dashboards for A/B testing and confirmed deflection Contribute to embedded training UI and in-screen guidance for end users Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Qualtrics API development and integration Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected Preferred Qualifications: Experience with XM Directory and survey automation Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization platforms Background in consulting or client-facing roles Educational Qualifications: Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent. Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent. Travel: Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
