Quality System Compliance Auditor - REMOTE
About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Quality System Compliance Auditor - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality and compliance of various aerospace and defense products and services. You will conduct audits across business units, identifying areas for improvement and verifying adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise will guide corrective actions and support continuous enhancements in quality management systems. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders will be key to fostering a transformative quality culture that aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and conduct second party QMS audits for compliance with standards and internal policies. • Perform formal lead auditor responsibilities, including audit planning and conducting opening and closing meetings. • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. • Complete detailed audit reports and oversee corrective action plans. • Assist with site surveillance and recertification audits as needed. • Support data analysis for identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements • University Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Operations Management, or Quality Management. • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in QMS auditing in aerospace, space, or defense. • Familiarity with ISO9001 and 91XX series standards. • Existing AATT Certification required. • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
