Quality of Earnings (QoE) Consultant Needed for Financial Analysis & Reporting
Description: We are a fractional CFO advisory and accounting firm built by operators, bankers, and CFOs who’ve been deep in the weeds of diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration. We’re looking for an experienced Quality of Earnings (QoE) Consultant to assist our team with a project-based engagement. You’ll be responsible for reviewing client financials and producing a clear, defensible QoE summary that helps our clients make better acquisition decisions. Scope of Work: -Financial Statement Integrity Testing -EBITDA Adjustments & Revenue Quality Analysis -Working Capital & Cash Flow Review -Proof of Cash -Operational Assessment & Key Risk Commentary Deliverables: -A concise, professional QoE report that includes: -Executive summary of findings and risks -Supporting schedules and reconciliations -Clean, organized workpapers Ideal Candidate: -Background in accounting, finance, or transaction advisory -Prior experience in Quality of Earnings or financial due diligence -Strong Excel and analytical skills -CPA or similar credential preferred -Comfortable working independently and delivering to deadlines Engagement Details: Start Date: Immediate Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
