Description: We are a fractional CFO advisory and accounting firm built by operators, bankers, and CFOs who’ve been deep in the weeds of diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration. We’re looking for an experienced Quality of Earnings (QoE) Consultant to assist our team with a project-based engagement. You’ll be responsible for reviewing client financials and producing a clear, defensible QoE summary that helps our clients make better acquisition decisions.
