Job description: Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to spearhead all things related to Quality. With massive growth happening right now they're looking for a proactive leader who can establish the Quality department to strengthen their manufacturing processes and achieve their business goals.Identify and implement initiatives aimed at continuous improvements * Ensure the QMS is compliant to ISO 9001 standards
Handle customer communications
Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Set-up, monitor, and ensure adherence to quality standards, including conducting internal audits.
Experience conducting internal and external audits

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
Experience working with ERP Systems such as SAP
Hands-on experience with measurement tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Travel required
