Quality Management Analyst 3
Job Description: • Conduct highly complex analysis while leading the design, planning, and production of reports and analysis related to quality performance metrics and outcomes measures for the University of Miami Health System. • Participate in strategic planning and conduct problem analysis for senior management. • Monitor quality performance, outcomes and/or safety metrics to make recommendations for targeted process improvement projects. • Prepare overviews and interpretation of reports; and follow up on assigned action items for various projects, meetings, and committees. • Serve as a reliable resource to hospital staff, physicians, and patients on matters related data analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in related field • Minimum 3 years or relative experience • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form • Skill in collecting, organizing and analyzing data • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems. • Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office) Benefits: • medical • dental • tuition remission • comprehensive benefits package Apply tot his job
