Quality Evaluator

The successful applicant must also have strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. Responsibilities:
Evaluate all aspects of quality assurance and customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is continuously improved.
Utilize strong problem-solving and organizational skills to identify any quality issues and create solutions.
Develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform regular quality control audits to detect any discrepancies or issues.
Provide detailed reports on the evaluation process and quality assurance results.
Monitor customer service environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance standards and trends.
Collaborate with teams to ensure quality assurance goals are met.
Monitor customer feedback and respond to any complaints or grievances.
Track quality assurance performance and present results to management.
