Job Description: As part of our Asia Quality team, this role will report to our Manager in Quality and play an important part to ensure our suppliers' production process and product quality are in compliant with the required standards. What will you work on? Conduct in-process and system audit at supplier to ensure production process compliance with agreement. Monitor the quality corrective action plan implement at supplier side to improve the product quality in mass production stage. Suggest and follow up supplier production improvement process and to avoid systematic quality occurred. Follow up quality issue from QC inspection to maintain product quality performance. Provide training to 3rd party inspection agency and factory QC inspector to align the product quality requirement. Coach and monitor new process implement in the factory to ensure product quality comply with requirement. Handle product qualification test including internal testing and worldwide toy standard testing throughout the whole product development stage. Coordinate review meeting with factories. Perform analysis on quality defects, provide correction feedback and document all issues encountered. Conduct new factory assessment in quality areas. Write up product conformity test plan and shipment inspection specification. What are your skills and experience? Bachelor Degree or above Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience ideally in toys manufactory (plastics, electronics, plush) Familiar with toy production or other consumer products with plastic injection and molding process Familiar with Children’s products international standard, including ASTM F963, EN-71, ISO-8124, CCPSA as well as FCC, ICES, RED etc. standards and regulations. Honesty and strong sense of responsibility Able to communicate and coordinate with relevant parties to deal with quality related issues Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint) Good command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Chinese would be preferred Be proactive and have good interpersonal skills Well organized and good statistical ability problem-solving ability and organisational / planning skills Experienced of SAP operation is preferred This job posting is tied to an open vacancy.
