They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Basic Requirements:Associate degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORBachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORMaster's degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, ORJD/PhD degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR6 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, in lieu of a degreeMust be able to travel 10% of the timeIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a U.S. CitizenPreferred RequirementsEducated in a technical discipline, coupled with a background of working in an operational Quality roleGood problem solving, data analysis and presentation skillsInterpersonal savvy, planning and personal organization skills and the ability to influence othersDemonstrable evidence of business acumen; relating to quality, improvement, manufacturing and HSE activities and prioritiesKnowledge and demonstrable application of Quality and BI tools, i.e., 8D investigation, improvement methodologiesAble to coach and mentor othersStrong customer focusWhat we offerWe offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.
