Job Description:
As a Quality Engineer at Fidelis Defunct, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
Β Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Β Lead LEAN/Six Sigma teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
Β Assist with IATF/ISO9001 auditing and training, including core tools certification.
Β Mentor the quality team towards personal and continual improvement.
Β Support supplier on-site auditing and development.
Key Qualifications:
Β Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or related discipline.
Β A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering function.
Β IATF/ISO9001 internal auditor & core tools certified (preferred).
Β Experience with Lean Processes (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Work Environment:
The work environment at Fidelis Defunct is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. You will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, and occasional extreme heat.
