Indotronix is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead Remote position
Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Position Location: Remote, if near a Hub the expectation is Hybrid.
Acceptable time zone(s): ability to work Eastern or Central timezone.
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ā Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality.
Ā Comply with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) by participating in scope assessment, risk and cost analysis.
Ā May coach, lead and mentor other team members.
Ā Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives.
Ā Deliver effective and efficient testing solutions by meeting key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, and adhering to development and quality standards.
Ā Analyze the testing needs and develop testing strategy and plans.
Ā Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures such as database impacts, software scenarios or usability.
Ā Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness and/or to mitigate risks.
Ā Ensure application documentation is complete and maintained/ updated in a timely fashion.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned
Must-Have Technical Skills:
(Top 3 In Order of Importance)
1. Experience as QA lead with some automation experience - 7-10years
2. QA Certification
3. Exposure to mainframe systems, development in test roles with mainframes and Java platforms
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail, leadership, team environment, Agile exposure, good communications.
Interview Process:
1 round - manager and 1 or 2 other team members 45minutes to an hour
