Job Summary: Leads the quality assurance efforts for software projects, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability. Key Job Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases.• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks Job-Specific: Duties involve leading the development of test plans, mentoring junior QA engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, conducting root cause analysis for defects, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
