Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Must have LPN or RN degree) Location: Remote – Must reside in the U.S. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM EST Training: M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST for 4–6 weeks Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months) Start Date: November 3, 2025 Pay: • RN: $29/HR • LPN: $24/HR Overview: We’re hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Analysts to support a healthcare coordination team. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates with nursing backgrounds who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities: • Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance • Ensure services provided match client expectations and policy criteria • Communicate findings via phone and email • Edit and verify reports for grammar and clarity • Manage time-sensitive cases with efficiency Requirements: • Active RN or LPN license • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Clinical experience (bedside or general nursing preferred) • Previous remote work experience is a plus • Must have a reliable home office setup (desktop/laptop, high-speed internet, and willingness to use a second monitor) Additional Info: • Must pass background, drug, and medical screenings • Candidates must be focused during work hours—no multitasking with personal responsibilities • Exclusive opportunity (no sub-vendor talent allowed) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
