Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the implementation of quality assurance efforts for the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality and improve service delivery. Responsibilities Support Internal and External Requests: Act as a resource for funder and internal program teams by responding to data requests, providing support around QA-level data, and ensuring accurate reporting Generate Reports: Produce regular reports on client data, program metrics, and performance outcomes to support internal teams, funders, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all reports meet the required standards for accuracy and completeness Data Monitoring & Analysis: Assist program teams by analyzing data for trends and insights that could help improve service delivery. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing programs based on QA-level findings Assist in Quality Control: Support the quality assurance efforts by reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, providing feedback on discrepancies, and helping resolve issues Audit and Compliance Support: Support ongoing contract compliance by ensuring the maintenance of records, monitoring caseload and invoicing data, and preparing reports for audits and internal reviews. This role plays a key part in supporting data integrity and meeting funder requirements year-round Collaboration and Training Support: Collaborate with other teams such as Program Teams, Operations, Learning and Development, and Data & Technology teams to support quality control. Provide training and resources on data entry, reporting processes, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent data collection. Coordinate meetings and follow-up to support clear communication.
