Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities Read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements Perform manual data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (NetSuite and Yoda/SQL) Maintain accurate tracking of physical assets (Meters, Transponders) by logging new installations, updating repair histories, and attaching proof of delivery Serve as the final gatekeeper for billing accuracy Manually trigger NetSuite invoices only after confirming all unit counts, project multipliers, and service levels are 100% accurate Identify incomplete tickets (e.g., missing serial numbers, unclear tech notes) Create follow-up tasks and communicate directly with field teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent backlog accumulation Skills Ability to read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes Experience with manual data entry and cross-referencing back-office systems Knowledge of database management and system integrity Ability to maintain accurate tracking of physical assets Experience in financial execution and billing accuracy Strong problem-solving skills for exception handling and resolution Ability to communicate effectively with field teams Company Overview Conservice is the largest utility management and billing company in the United States.
