Quality Assurance Analyst

Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements Perform manual data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (NetSuite and Yoda/SQL). Maintain accurate tracking of physical assets (Meters, Transponders) by logging new installations, updating repair histories, and attaching proof of delivery Serve as the final gatekeeper for billing accuracy. Manually trigger NetSuite invoices only after confirming all unit counts, project multipliers, and service levels are 100% accurate Identify incomplete tickets (e.g., missing serial numbers, unclear tech notes).
