Quality Assurance Administrator (Remote)
Reality Based Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator. This is a full-time, remote, and teamwork and engagement-oriented position. You can expect to travel monthly. The person in this position must be an expert on our client's guidelines and play a large role in quality assurance, video content review, and entry-level project management. Does this sound like you? • A great communicator who pays attention to the smallest details • A critical thinker who loves processes • A good driver - you like to drive long distances • Love to travel solo via car or airplane • Savvy with your laptop and smartphone; you enjoy learning new systems and programs • You enjoy data analysis and looking for root problems in non-binary problems What will you do? • Review and verify incoming video quality using the client guidelines • Provide feedback/coaching for video scouts • Travel to different states to conduct undercover evaluations for our clients • Fill out reports after conducting the undercover evaluations • Miscellaneous tasks assigned through SalesForce • Assist with developing supporting training material and systems Requirements: • Proficient in using Google Suite, including sheets, calendars and slides • Excellent written and verbal communication over email/phone • Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice • Availability to work some weekends • Stable internet connection • Some experience with photo, video or editing preferred but not required • Valid driver's license and insurability under the company's insurance • Must pass a motor vehicle record and background check. • Available to start immediately Compensation and Benefits: • $19.00/hour • This is a full-time hourly job, working remotely at home, except when traveling • Paid training • Benefits package with medical/dental/vision • 401k with 2% match Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply tot his job
