Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for OnBase Workflow and Work View solutions
ā¢ Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
ā¢ Identify, document, and track defects; perform root cause analysis
ā¢ Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies
ā¢ Participate in product refinement sessions and feature estimation
ā¢ Validate workflow configurations and customized OnBase solutions
ā¢ Ensure high-quality releases aligned with business and compliance requirements
ā¢ Communicate testing results and risks clearly to stakeholders
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
ā¢ 4+ years of experience in software testing / QA
ā¢ Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing test scenarios
ā¢ Strong defect tracking and root cause analysis skills
ā¢ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
