Our client is seeking to add a QA Consultant with strong java expertise to their team to complete major project initiatives. They are undergoing a major technology modernization initiative that will last several years! Recent experience with RFT is a plus.
Skills:
Ā Develop test plans based on functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
Ā Must have experience building frameworks, not just running scripts.
Ā Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ā Creative, out-of-the-box thinking skills.
Ā Team player as well as able to work on a project individually.
Ā Quickly understand the business processes.
Ā Ability to keep current with constantly changing technology industry.
Requirements:
Ā Heavy Automation skills with Java, JavaScript etc.
Ā 10 years of Java experience.
Ā Experience with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
Ā Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps
Ā Strong SQL query skills.
Ā API Testing skills with either Java or JavaScript.
Ā Knowledge of framework and reports.
Ā Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins)
Ā Knowledge of Performance testing.
Ā RFT experience is a plus.
Ā Must be a proactive communicator who can debug and move work forward (vs. just finding the problem when the script fails)
