Job Title: QA Tester - Automation Engineer
Job Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/month)

Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design, develop and execute automation suite including UI, API and End-to-end testing.
ā¢ Perform manual QA Testing and automated QA testing.
ā¢ Work with development team and cross functional team to understand the end-to-end flow and data needed to test the application
ā¢ Identify, record, thoroughly document and track bugs adding to our automation suite.
ā¢ Perform thorough regression testing
ā¢ Thorough understanding of SDLC and project life cycle.
ā¢ Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams to define test strategies.
ā¢ Execute performance, functional, and regression testing preferably on all integrated systems.
ā¢ Contribute to an established Test Automation framework
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
ā¢ 6+ years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
ā¢ Strong background in test automation with 4+ years of experience working with test frameworks in Java and C#.
ā¢ Proficient in Selenium, Maven, and TestNG.
ā¢ 2+ years of experience working with relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
ā¢ Hands-on experience with RESTful JSON APIs, SoapUI, and Postman.
ā¢ Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
ā¢ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using test management tools like JIRA or Client ALM.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ā¢ Experience in the healthcare industry.
ā¢ Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD), including writing Gherkin scenarios and implementing step definitions.
Education:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
