QA Manager/Test Manager/Quality Assurance Manager/Test Lead-Remote
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance initiatives across projects. This role will oversee QA teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive both manual and automated testing efforts within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects
ā¢ Define and implement overall test strategy, plans, and frameworks
ā¢ Oversee manual and automation testing efforts
ā¢ Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
ā¢ Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
ā¢ Manage test environments, data, and defect tracking processes
ā¢ Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration
ā¢ Monitor testing progress, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders
ā¢ Identify risks, gaps, and areas for process improvement
Required Skills:
ā¢ Strong experience in QA leadership / test management roles
ā¢ Hands-on knowledge of manual and automation testing frameworks
ā¢ Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
ā¢ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
ā¢ Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
