QA Lead with Salesforce & Veeva Exp (Remote)
About the position Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a QA Lead with expertise in Salesforce and Veeva to join their Quality Assurance Practice. This remote position involves managing end-to-end testing processes, ensuring quality and functionality of systems, and leading both onshore and offshore teams. The role is pivotal in preparing test strategies, plans, and cases, while also engaging in defect management and communication with project stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end testing process for Veeva Life Science and Salesforce applications. • Monitor testing activities to ensure quality and functionality of assigned systems. • Prepare and design test strategies, plans, and test cases for all projects. • Review requirements, design, test strategies, and test cases. • Record software defects with thorough technical descriptions and evidence. • Ensure QA testing requirements are identified and included in project requirements. • Lead the offshore and onshore QA teams. • Conduct triage meetings with project stakeholders. • Prepare project status reports on a daily and weekly basis. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience. • Experience in managing end-to-end testing processes. • Good experience in Veeva Life Science and Salesforce QA testing. • Strong analysis skills and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) capabilities. • Leadership experience in QA roles. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the life science domain. • Knowledge of GxP (Good Practice) regulations.
