QA GENERALIST

Moses Lake Industries, Inc. is a rapidly growing producer of ultra-pure chemical products for the semiconductor and flat-panel screen industries. The QA Generalist will assist in maintaining quality documentation, perform audits, and support communication with customers regarding quality issues. Responsibilities Assists in the maintenance of the specification database Communicates as directed with internal/external customers on quality issues and requests Assists in the maintenance Document Control, Specifications (Raw Material, Finished Good, Purchase), Problem Solving (8D, NCR, CAPA), Certificate of Analysis (CofA), Audits or other as assigned Performs and or assist in customer, supplier, process and internal audits Gather data from internal/external suppliers/customers for various internal/external reports Generate various internal/external reports as directed Generate and maintain various internal/external documents such as customer specifications, purchase specifications, quality plans, procedures and forms as directed Maintain quality records Assists in the generation and maintenance of process change documentation for internal and external customers Work cross functionally with all departments to maintain the quality operating system to adhere to the ISO9001 standard Other duties as assigned Skills High School diploma or equivalent required Lead Auditor certification or ability to obtain certification Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar Demonstrated ability to: Follow written and verbal instructions in English Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines Work as a team and/or independently Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy Maintain regular and punctual attendance Previous experience in an administrative role or related field Benefits Compensation Medical, vision, and dental insurance benefits Generous PTO: Your time off is important Medical/Dental/Vision: Majority of premiums paid by MLI.
