In this role, you’ll work closely with the QA Management, Developers and Product Team to ensure our platform, creation tools and web offerings are bug free, high performing, and able to provide an exceptional user experience. We'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with developers and the QA Manager to ensure quality across all aspects of the platform.Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing on the Decentraland platform.Execute and maintain test cases, identifying and recommending improvements.Document and escalate bugs in coordination with product teams.Participate in product team meetings to provide QA input during planning and development.Work closely with the Support team to resolve live platform issues.Serve as a QA knowledge resource and champion of QA best practices across the team.Required Skills3+ years of QA experience, preferably in gaming and/or blockchain environments.Strong hands-on experience with test plan and test case creation/execution.Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration.Experience testing Unity-based applications.Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments.Experience with automation tools and API testing.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and a proactive team-oriented mindset.Experience in Web3, blockchain, or game/product development is essential.Fluency in English (written and verbal).Comfort using PowerShell and Mac Terminal.Nice to HaveKnowledge of TypeScript and C#.Familiarity with the Decentraland platform or active participation in its community.Understanding of the Shape Up development methodology.What we OfferA fully remote and flexible working environment.A collaborative and fast-paced team culture.The opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industry and make a direct impact on our company’s growth.29 annual PTOsLong term incentive of MANA tokens, vested in a 4 years period.Additional tokens linked to annual performance review.Stipend policy to cover remote work & wellness related expensesBrand new equipment for remote work, including laptop, screen and chair.Parental leaveLanguage lessonsAbout Decentraland FoundationThe Decentraland Foundation is a steward of the Decentraland platform, dedicated to ensuring its long-term growth, security, and sustainability.
