This is a hands-on position for delivering quality SaaS applications in the Commercial space into production. What You'll Do Ability to work in an agile, small team environment with a focus on speed and qualityCreate testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated riskWork closely with the automation group to automate features for better regression coverageDevelop deep expertise in the productConduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules/timelinesWork with software engineers, product managers, and other QA testers in an Agile team environmentParticipate in product and feature design reviews with Software Engineers and Product Managers Requirements 3+ years of relevant work experience, including software development and/or software test automationStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches (black box and/or automated testing) in a software company with short-release cyclesExperience in writing test cases and automating them, covering both sanity and in-depth testing including and not limited to boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency testsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Nice to Have Experience with Jira, Confluence, and TestRailExperience in a SaaS environment that has an agile development process Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurancePTO and company-paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $65,000 - $115,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
