QA Automation Analyst
BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a QA Automation Analyst to join their team based remotely in Serbia.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Build and maintain comprehensive test automation for APIs, UI, and end-to-end flows
ā¢ Design and enhance automation frameworks for complex system integrations and third-party services
ā¢ Implement and maintain automated regression test suites for new features and releases
ā¢ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
ā¢ Contribute to automation coverage metrics and reporting
ā¢ Support an automation-first approach for all new feature development
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders across time zones
ā¢ Follow and contribute to automation standards and best practices
ā¢ Analyse test results, identify defects, and support root-cause analysis
ā¢ Maintain clear test documentation and execution reports
Requirements:
ā¢ 3-5+ years of QA automation experience
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (UI and end-to-end automation)
ā¢ Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
ā¢ Experience with API test automation
ā¢ Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
ā¢ SQL and database validation skills
ā¢ Experience working with Git-based version control systems
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
ā¢ Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
ā¢ Experience of working with distributed or international teams
ā¢ Experience in gaming, fintech, or other regulated industries
Nice to have:
ā¢ Knowledge of compliance and regulatory testing (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
ā¢ Exposure to performance or high-volume system testing
ā¢ Experience with containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
ā¢ Experience with AWS or cloud-based testing services
ā¢ Experience with AI-assisted testing tools
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
ā¢ ISTQB or other QA certifications
