, specifically working across key functional areas such as application intake, eligibility determination, and benefits processing. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in public assistance programs and end-to-end QA lifecycle experience.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform
• *functional, integration, and UAT testing**

for State Medicaid systems
• Validate workflows related to:
• Application Intake
• Evidence Verification
• Eligibility Determination
• Test business rules and system behavior for:
• Benefits calculation
• Correspondence generation (notices, alerts, approvals/denials)
• Work on programs including:
• Medicaid
• SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
• TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
• CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program)
• Child Support systems
• Analyze requirements, create
• *test scenarios, test cases, and test data**
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams
• Perform
• *defect tracking and reporting**

using tools like JIRA/ADO
• Support
• *regression testing and release validation cycles**
• Ensure compliance with
• *state and federal regulations**

in testing
• *Required Skills:**
• Strong QA experience in
• *Health & Human Services (HHS) / Medicaid domain**
• Experience in eligibility systems such as
• *integrated eligibility or benefits systems**
• Knowledge of:
• Medicaid
• SNAP
• TANF
• CHIP
• Hands-on experience in
• *rules validation and correspondence testing**
• Familiarity with
• *Agile/Scrum methodology**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
