QA Analyst (Remote)

Helios Technologies is developing advanced technology solutions aimed at improving human-machine interactions, including the development of a cutting-edge conversational AI system. Operating in stealth mode, we are focusing on projects that have the potential for significant impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to help ensure the quality and reliability of our Mybot.ai product.
Important Note About This Role:
ā¢ This is a part-time job with hours that vary 10 - 30 hours per week.
ā¢ This position involves methodical, repetitive testing tasks that require sustained focus and attention to detail
ā¢ You will be executing the same test scenarios multiple times to ensure consistency and catch edge cases
ā¢ Success in this role requires patience, discipline, and the ability to maintain high attention to detail during routine tasks
ā¢ Ideal candidates find satisfaction in systematic work and take pride in discovering issues others might miss
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Test Mybot.ai features and functionality to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues
ā¢ Document and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and relevant details
ā¢ Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues remain fixed
ā¢ Execute test cases and maintain testing documentation
ā¢ Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements
ā¢ Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues
ā¢ Participate in product improvement discussions and contribute insights from testing
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be located in the United States
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
ā¢ Excellent written communication skills for clear bug reporting
ā¢ Basic understanding of software testing methodologies
ā¢ Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or LLMs is a plus
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
ā¢ Reliable internet connection for remote work
ā¢ Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving
