Job Description
Opportunity Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with an overall experience of 1 – 4 years to join Upland India as a QA Analyst I for our Upland Connectors product. The individual will work as a QA analyst primarily in manual testing.
What would you do?
Test new features and bug fixes of the product before release
Create and execute test cases and execute functional, application, security, accessibility andregression tests
Record, analyze and report on test results and complex issues
Interact with QA, Product Owners andDevelopment team members to understand the testing requirements
Participate in team meetings, which include, but are not limited to Sprint planning, grooming, daily stand up, etc.
What are we looking for?
Technical Skills
The following skills are needed for this role.
Experience
· 1-4 years experience in Quality Assurance
· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Primary Skills (2-3 mandatory skills)
· 1-4 years of testing web based applications
· 1-4 years writing/executing manual test cases
· Practical Agile and Scrum experience
· Experience in CRM Integration testing (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
· Experience in Security Testing (Access Control Permissions, Advanced Security Modules)
Secondary Skills (nice to have)
· Experience working with AI technologies
· Basic database knowledge (SQL)
· Container testing experience
Soft Skills
· Clear and effective communication both verbally and written
· Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse range of people
· Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience
· Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow
Growth Skills
· Always looking for better ways to get the job done
