Position: Python Developer - AI Training
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: Up to $65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 5- 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate, review, and debug Python code and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
ā¢ Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
ā¢ Work through system design and algorithmic problems in Python to push model capabilities forward.
ā¢ Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model''s logic and engineering judgment.
ā¢ Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience .
ā¢ Technical Skills: Strong hands-on coding experience in Python, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
ā¢ Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
ā¢ Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
