Python Backend Engineer (100% remote-friendly within Poland)

Qualifications: Check if we're looking for you: You have experience working on web applications (3+ years of experience) ; You work with Python, Django, PostgreSQL ; You use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in daily engineering work to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation creation, while applying a solid engineering approach to result verification and maintaining quality and security; You feel comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions You can communicate in English both spoken and written (B2+) .
