Public Relations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PR Intern with a strong interest in brand reputation, customer engagement, and digital communications. This role plays a key part in helping us grow, manage, and optimize customer reviews across online platforms. You will support outreach efforts, strengthen brand credibility, and contribute to the overall public relations strategy. Key Responsibilities Review Growth & Reputation Management Monitor, track, and report customer reviews across platforms such as Google, Amazon, Yelp, Trustpilot, social media, and product marketplaces. Identify opportunities to increase authentic reviews through compliant outreach campaigns. Draft and send review-request messaging that aligns with brand voice and platform policies. Collaborate with customer service to follow up on positive interactions and convert them into reviews. PR & Communications Support Help draft press releases, pitches, blog posts, and other communication materials. Research journalists, influencers, and content creators relevant to our brand. Assist in creating monthly reports on review performance, sentiment trends, and PR visibility metrics. Customer Interaction & Brand Experience Help manage responses to customer reviews and inquiries under supervision, ensuring timely and professional communication. Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Contribute ideas for review-driven content and social proof campaigns. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail. Familiarity with review platforms, social media, or customer engagement tools is a plus. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in brand reputation management.
