Job Title: Public Health Project Manager (PA Resident)

Key Details:
• Location: Remote (Must reside in Pennsylvania)
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday
• Flexible scheduling may be available with supervisor approval.

Compensation: $62,400 annually

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Public Health Project Manager to oversee and coordinate key projects under the supervision of a Public Health Program Administrator (PHPA). This is a full-time, remote position open exclusively to residents of Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the success of various public health initiatives.

Project Coordination:
• Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with teams to meet project goals.
• Track project progress and report on quarterly outcomes and budgetary spending.
• Organize and lead project meetings, maintain records, and publish meeting minutes.
• Develop and update project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Contract Management:
• Develop and monitor contracts with external vendors in coordination with the HAIP PHPA and administrative teams.
• Ensure vendors follow invoicing guidelines and internal processes.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate program needs effectively and maintain organized project documentation.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, issues, and risks.

Problem Solving:
• Address issues and risks as they arise, escalating when necessary.
• Prioritize and delegate work assignments to project teams.

Technical Proficiency:
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel) for project management tasks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
