Job Overview
We work exclusively with Quick Books Online and related 3rd party software. The ideal candidate enjoys the ever-evolving landscape of an up-and-coming business and is looking to elevate their career through management.
Responsibilities
Ā Schedule:
Full-time (35-40 hours), generally 10 am-3 pm ET Mon-Thurs.
Ā Tasks include: monthly account reconciliations, QBO set up for incoming clients, and cleanup for established clients.
Ā Required knowledge/skills: financial report analysis, accounting best practices, financial record keeping, and clear communication.
Ā The position will include some AP/AR/Payroll tasks in addition to month-end reconciliations.
Ā Occasional collaboration with various CPAs our clients engage with is likely.
Ā A variety of clients will be on this person's docket - this is not a single client setup.
Qualifications
Ā Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience using Quick Books Online.
Ā Must reside in the United States and be eligible for W-2 employee work.
Ā QBO Certified (or willing to independently seek certification ASAP).
Ā Client-facing bookkeeping and/or accounting services utilizing QBO.
Ā Monthly Reconciliations via QBO.
Ā Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Ā Payroll experience.
Ā Formal education in Accounting or Finance and/or several years of client-facing experience via QBO.
Ā Must be generally available to work between the hours of 10 am - 3 pm ET Mon-Thurs.
Ā Cover Letter (must include why you are specifically interested in Untied).
Ā Enneagram Number (only your number, not in-depth results).
Ā 2 Professional References.
Ā Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required).
