Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Remote Monitoring Nurse, where your expertise will drive innovative patient care from the comfort of your home. This part-time role offers an energetic environment focused on delivering exceptional remote patient monitoring and assessment. You will use your nursing skills to oversee patient health data, coordinate care plans, and support clinical teams in the management of patients with chronic conditions. 2. Clinical staff (that would be you!) that provides monitoring and care management services to patients enrolled under the physician's general supervision.

This is a strictly commission-based role. Our nurses have a list of patients that they remotely monitor and communicate with on a regular basis.

• Excellent technology skills: ability to navigate a platform consisting of health data
