We are currently seeking PT Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers to work nights and weekends who live in the following zip codes: 28269, 28262, 28078, and 28216. No professional pet sitting experience necessary - we will train the right people. This means you are fully protected on the job through liability insurance, bonding, and workers compensation. You will also receive full support and training. Sample Job Duties: • Drive to clients home for pet visits • Feed and provide water for pets • Walk clients dogs and pickup poop • Clean up litterbox and any other pet related messes in the clients home • Administer medication or other special care as directed by the client • Observe the behavior and physical condition of the pets and report any concerns to the clients • Communicate with clients through our pet sitting app to provide updates on their pets or to address any concerns • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of the pets and the safety of the community • Perform additional tasks as requested by clients, such as bringing in the mail, watering plants, or taking out trash • Ensure that the home is secure by locking doors and windows and setting security systems as necessary. Basic Requirements: • Over 18 years of age • HS diploma or equivalent • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable & safe personal vehicle with up to date insurance • Own a newer smartphone with unlimited data plan • Able to commit to this position for 6 months or longer from date of hire • Local full-time resident in one of the following zip codes: 28269, 28078, 28262, 28216 • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal • Excellent time management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Problem Solver • Loves animals AND people • Enjoys being active & outdoors rain or shine • Able to walk a few miles at a time for dog walks and handle multiple pets • Available for evenings and weekends • Available to work most holidays This is the perfect job for a freelancer, college student, stay at home mom, active retiree, or anyone looking for supplemental income!
