Key Responsibilities: Manage escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and solutions provided. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide effective solutions.
