Flexible, Remote Opportunity: Corporate Litigation & Business Transaction Paralegal ⚖️
Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a passion for legal research and supporting attorneys in high-stakes corporate litigation and transactions? This fully remote role is ideal for candidates who thrive on flexibility and are ready to help a growing legal team succeed. With 20-30 hours per week initially, this part-time position comes with the exciting potential to grow into a full-time role as the firm expands!
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Assist attorneys with drafting and filing legal documents, contracts, and discovery materials
✔️ Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate law issues
✔️ Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and closings
✔️ Manage case files, timelines, and exhibit preparation for litigation ✅
✔️ Communicate and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s + Paralegal Certification preferred
⚖️ Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate litigation or business transactions
️ Proficiency in legal tools like LexisNexis and case management software
Knowledge of court systems, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance
✅ Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
