Do you have a passion for developing quality assessments as well as leveraging innovative technology?  Looking for a fully remote, contractor position that provides great flexibility and culture?Summary of PositionAssessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that seek to improve their assessment process and align with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians.  The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education outside the USA).  We are looking for a contracted Psychometrician to work on clients such as these.  Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, standard setting, and test development.  Additional skills in program management, content development, and project management are welcome.  We recognize that this is a wide range of skills and that many applicants will lean towards one direction, so we welcome applicants with experience in a few of these.You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.
