The Proxy Agent role is essential for setting qualified appointments and supporting the Proximity team through effective communication and service delivery.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed the standards for Demos, Set Rate and AttendanceDemonstrate respect, courtesy, and kindness to everyone regardless of circumstancesFollow the methodology without compromiseRespect everyone’s property and the privilege to visitDisplay courtesy, kindness, and respect to everyone without exception. Never argue, shout, speak sarcastically or use offensive/profane languageApologize to anyone who displays tension, frustration, or dissatisfactionIf you encounter any complaints, verbal challenges, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during your canvass, contact your manager immediatelyPresent a clean, professional appearance from clock-in through clock-outCover tattoos and remove piercingsWear assigned RbA gear (shirts, jackets, hats)No tattered or revealing clothing. Hems must be within three inches of your kneesJewelry and earrings must be approved by the managementWear comfortable, professional footwear.
